Engraving Terms & Conditions

Engraved purchases are customised to your specifications and may not be changed, cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

You understand engraved purchases may include additional engraving charges, which are non-refundable.

You understand engraved purchases require 7 business days from the date ordered to account for production time and once it has left the warehouse it will be delivered in 2-10 business days (depending on shipping method selected).

You acknowledge that you previewed your engraving selection to verify your engraving choices, font and/or icon selections, and the spelling and accuracy of all text/messages entered.

You understand Royal Doulton will engrave the product exactly according to the choices you selected and data you entered.

You understand the final size and placement of your engraving is at the discretion of the Royal Doulton engraving department.
